FAQ

Why can't I see more than a few reviews?

Amazon sometimes limits how many reviews are shown. ListingLens can only analyze reviews visible in your browser. You can paste additional review text manually.

Why does Analyze require Pro and an API key?

AI analysis is a Pro feature. In BYO mode, ListingLens sends selected listing/review content directly to your chosen AI provider using your own OpenAI or Google Gemini API key. Google may offer free tiers depending on account, region, and current policy.

Is my Amazon account at risk?

ListingLens only reads visible page content and does not access Seller Central or Amazon Ads. For competitor research, use a separate buyer-only browser profile.

How do I delete my data?

Use Clear Reviews in the extension or remove the extension from Chrome to delete local extension storage.
