Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using StoreSpy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.

2. Description of Service

StoreSpy is a Chrome browser extension that analyzes publicly accessible data on eCommerce websites, including platform detection, theme identification, tracking pixel IDs, installed apps, and store metadata.

3. Permitted Use

You may use StoreSpy to:

• Research competitors' technology stacks for legitimate business purposes
• Analyze publicly visible store configurations for educational or professional purposes
• Export and use detected data for your own business analysis

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use StoreSpy to:

• Collect data at scale for resale or distribution without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or individual store terms of service
• Engage in harassment, stalking, or targeted campaigns against store owners
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension without permission

5. Pro Subscription

Pro features require a monthly subscription ($4.99/month) processed via Polar.sh. By subscribing:

• You receive a license key that unlocks Pro features in the extension
• Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time via your Polar.sh dashboard; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled per Polar.sh's refund policy

6. Intellectual Property

StoreSpy and all associated code, design, and content are owned by Clingogo. The extension is provided for personal and commercial use under these terms. You may not redistribute or sell the extension itself.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

StoreSpy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Detection accuracy depends on how individual stores implement their technology. We do not guarantee that all apps, pixels, or store data will be detected on every website.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clingogo is not liable for any damages arising from your use of StoreSpy, including but not limited to business decisions made based on data provided by the extension.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
